Purchase Tickets Detailed Instructions

1) Please ensure that you have selected the correct purchase ticket page.
2) Choose the type of ticket you would like to purchase.
3) Update the quantity to the amount you intend to purchase if it is greater than 1.

a)If you intend to purchase more than one type of ticket, click on the green shopping cart.;
b) After you have added all of the items you intend to purchase, please click the view cart link to review your items.
Or
a) If you only intend to purchase one type of ticket, click on the Buy It Now button. Please
update the quantity before you click the Buy It Now button. 

4) You will now be redirected to your shopping cart.
5) At this point, you have the opportunity to review and change your order prior to checkout.
6) If your order is correct, click on the final checkout button.
7) Please fill out all name, email and address data. Fields marked with a red circle are required.
8) Once you have filled out this form to the best of your knowledge, please click the continue button.
9) Please review all information before clicking the continue button.
10) You must select the “I have read your Terms of Use and agree with them” before you can continue with your order. Click the continue button.
11) Select PayPal from the Select Payment Method drop down menu. *You will be able to pay with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.*
12) Please follow the PayPal prompts to complete your order.

E-Commerce Terms of Use

The following CMRT bus passes are valid for travel on Howard Transit (Connect-A-Ride, HT Ride Paratransit, etc.) buses. In most instances, passes are mailed out no later than 48 hours from receipt of online order. CMRT ships passes using USPS first class mail. CMRT is not responsible for delays in the mail. All pass sales are final. Passes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and have no cash value. CMRT is not responsible for replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen passes.

Please ensure that you purchase your passes with sufficient time for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping usually takes about 5 business days from the time your order is processed.
