Meet the Trainers
Julie Rosekrans received a B.A. with academic honors from the University of Maryland in History and Political Science in 2010. She brings five years of experience in the developmental disabilities field to CMRT, and most recently worked as a job coach for The Arc of Howard County. Ms. Rosekrans also has prior advocacy experience with World Vision, Equality Maryland, and Lutheran World Relief. Ms. Rosekrans’ personal hope is that if she can thoroughly and successfully train enough staff in the human services field, then they can in turn teach the people they support how to use fixed-route transportation (buses, trains, trolleys, etc.) to increase independence.
Donna Stinchcomb brings 23 years of human service experience to CMRT. Most recently, Mrs. Stinchcomb worked as the Crisis Intervention Coordinator for The Community Action Council (CAC) of Howard County. Mrs. Stinchcomb is active with the following organizations:
Association of Community Services; Public Policy Committee
Goal 1 Committee to End Homelessness
Howard County Food Bank Community Garden
Our Brother’s Keeper (a faith-based group working for those in need in Howard County)
St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Laurel
Boy Scouts of America, Baltimore Area Council
Mrs. Stinchcomb’s goal is to help realize CMRT’s vision of being “the recognized mobility partner providing effective, innovative and reliable cross-jurisdictional transportation solutions” to the counties in which she serves. Mrs. Stinchcomb intends to train staff in the human services field so they will be able to teach the people they support, on how to use fixed-route transportation to increase their independence.
